You look better in the picture with eye makeup, but only because your hair was nicely made up, and you were wearing prettier clothes in that picture too. It's pretty unfair.





But I think you'll look okay without eye makeup too.
Looking at just your face, I would say you look so much better without makeup. With makes you look so plastic and fake.
