Eye Make up?

what kind of eye make up do you wear?


when i put mine on, my mascara, eye shadow, and eye liner, its gone really quick. so what kind do you wear and abut how long does it stay on?


and another thing.


it liquid eye liner better than pencil eye liner?

my mascara is the one with the green cap and pink bottle at drug stores. it lasts all day. and my eyeliner is a mary-kay pencil it lasts til i get home from schoolEye Make up?
I prefure Liquid then pencil.


But, i probably put it on way heavier then you do.
Liquid eyeliner stays on a lot better and it doesnt smudge easily once it's dry but it can be messy putting it on, if you go wrong you'll probably have to start your eye all over again, but yeah i would say it's better than pencil.
I wear the same things, and mine CAN be gone really quick. I was using stuff from Target and such but now I use M.A.C. base, %26lt;nude colored, with shimmer, creamy form%26gt; then apply my color, a ';dry liner'; and my mascara.


Liquid eyeliner is only good if you know how to apply it, and most people don't.


Mine lasts all day, or about 7 hours-8 for me.
I personally don't wear eyeliner because it makes my eyes look cloudy and too strange, but I think pencil is actually better. I wear Ulta brand eye shadow which lasts about 3 hours? I also use that Great Lash (green and pink) mascara in clear, lasts 12 hours. A lot of people like black mascara, but I am blonde with light eyelashes, so the black looks to severe, so I use clear. Plus, when it runs, it's not black, just looks like you cried! Haha
It is important to get some of the more expensive stuff, it really does last longer. I use different brands like revlon, cover girl, Dior or bourjois.


But it is also important HOW you put it on. For example I always use a loose powder makeup. This evens out your skin but is not as pasty as foundation. A powder base will also absorb excess oil from your skin. Oil is poison for any make up..... Basically, eyeshadow and liner etc will hold longer and the color will not vanish. If you sweat a lot you can also try with waterresistand makeup. Even if you are only putting on some fast liner and mascara, always wear a tan color shimmery base eyeshadow. It will always look good and is totally ';just-going-to-get-mail'; wearable.


liquid and pencil liners are both good, liquid take more time to look ';clean';
i use MAC. it's really expensive but it also works really well.


there's this stuff from MAC called paints. . . it matches to your skin color and you put it on before applying eye shadow. it keeps the shadow on for the whole day and it doesn't smudge.





i personally think that pencil eye liner works the best, it smudges but it is not as difficult to apply in my opinion...
you need to use a primer or base first use a brush for your eyeshadow it stays on longer and you can build it up as much as you want. liquid eyeliner is best for above lash line
try liquid liner. or before you apply your eye make up use some of your face powder on your eyes so they soak up the oil...might help it stay a bit longer

I wear baisicly the same eye make-up as you and i use stuff from places like superdrug,boots and claires(i live in england!)Mine stays on for normally 3-4hours!All my mates and I say that we think that Pencil eye liner in better and that we dont really like the liquid 1's

you should wear waterproof makeup, the best waterproof make up is chanel,


also for eye shadow MAC cosmetics have a product thats called a primer that you put on under your eyeshadow, its awesome it'll look imaculate even if you wear it to bed.


liqiud eyeliner is a more defined look, pencil is more of a natural look and you can smudge it for a smokey look it.


MAC's pencil eyeliner are really good,


ESTEE LAUDER has an awesome liquid eyeliner!

i dont wear eye shadow, pencil eyeliner, i think looks better but liquid lasts longer, use waterproof mascara and before u put on eye shadow dab some concealer on ur eyelids for a longer lasting look
Look for long-wearing or waterproof mascara, choose eye pencils over liquid liners, and switch to shadows that harden to a cream once applied. Set eye makeup with a light dusting of loose powder. This will help absorb any moisture that may cause eye makeup to melt. And if you want you can use a non-powdered blotting paper to remove any under-eye perspiration when you do notice streaking. Wipe away any eye makeup with a clean cotton swab.


Im a make up artist. The best make up to use Is MAC. Thats what ive been using for a long time. And thats what I use for my job. It works wonders.
You could wet the eye shadow applicator and apply it after. and get waterproof or smudgeproof mascara and eye liner.





Liquid eyeliner looks a lot more professional, but is harder to apply. You'd need some practice.
i think liquid is not better, and i put on mascara,eyeliner, and eyeshadow and it stays on pretty much all day if i dont get wet or lay down on my face, its cool
I like liquid eyeliner better. My makeup stays on all day. I get Covergirl Longwear.
use ';wet %26amp; wild'; eyeliner. Its ace. I used to have this problem and it was getting on my nerves. Oh and I use the pencil because you can blend it so that you dont even have to put on eye shadow if you dont want.
barry m makeup stays on all day, i wore it all last summer. its all bright vibrant colours and looks really amazing. i would advise that definately.





no, pencil eyeliner is much more effective. i hate the liquid stuff.

i prefer neither pencil or liner. i use revlon colorstay its like a crayon.





use water proof mascara. for the eyeshadow and eyeliner, put coverup where you put your eyeliner before you put it on and same for eyeshadow.
