You need


. Primer


. Pearl Color Eyeshadow


. Brown Eyeshadow and angled brush


. Skin Color eyeshadow


. Black Eyeliner or black eyeshadow and an angled brush





Steps


. Prime Your Eyes with Primer or Concealer


. Shade in your eyebrows with brown eyeshadow


. Line the edge of the bottom of your eyebrow with pearl thickly about 1/5 an inch.


. Color in from the edge of the pearl to your eyelid edge with skin colored eyeshadow.


. Line your eyes thicky with black eyeliner or the black eyeshadow and angled brush.
put white eyeshadow under your eyebrow
um id have to see the whole eye to tell you for sure but from what i can see just put a dark silver gray color by the lash line and then get lighter as you go up to where you have a silvery white color below the brow
she has mascara on and eyeliner on top n bottom eyes. she used a light brown eyeshadow with a light shimmer shadow near her brows! it is really simple. apply mascara on bottom n top eyes.
