Eye make up primer????

I heard the you can use a little bit of foudation on your eyelid as a primer before useing eyeshadow is this true?Eye make up primer????
yes...BUT there is this stuff thats sold by Urban Decay..its in a purple tube called eyeshadow primer potion. works really good.Eye make up primer????
Best eye make up primers in my opinion are: BeneFit cosmetics F.Y Eye and Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion.
primer potion is okay, not great. also try Benefit FYeye or Laura Gellar eye spackle.





Vaseline is a terrible idea.
yes and then set it with a translucent powder. you could also try a tiny bit of vaseline for a more night time look.
yes but youre better off using a concealer only because its got a thicker consistency and better hold :)
