Well, basically taking a black eyeliner pencil and lining the top completely with the black, and a bit on the bottom. Then taking a black eye shadow and putting that on your upper eyelids. And maybe smudging the bottom liner a bit. Don't wear a lot of mascara.How to achieve these looks / eye make-up?
