print out her photo and cut the eyes out and super glue them to yours and hey presto
lol that's not a smokey eye, that's raccoon eyes.





Rim your eyes with looooots of black eyeliner, apply many coats of black mascara and curl your lashes. Bam. Racoon eyes.
darling, if you've never done a smoky eye it can be quite intimidating. do you have a sephora near? they will not only put one on you but give you a LESSON on how to do it. in addition, if you go there, tell them to not only put it on you but TEACH YOU how to do it!! there's a fine line between beautiful smoky eye and looking like you've been beat up in a bar at 2am. get someone to show you how if you're not ';good'; at makeup or basically not comfortable! if there is no sephora near you, try your local mac counter at a department store near you...and again, ask them to TEACH YOU HOW!! :) hope this helps!

However, since you are going for an emo look, use more black liner and shadow. Make sure to use a base and find an eyeshadow that really sticks.
It looks like she used black eyeliner pencil which she applied heavily and smudged with a sponge brush. It could also be powdered eye shadow applied with a narrow brush or sponge.
