Need advice for eye make up??

I wanna have smoky eyes look :) you know,, with the fake eyelashes and lots of eyeliner...





what should I buy first? Eyeliner? Eyeshadow? Mascara? Do I have to get them all? I wanna have a sharp look on my eyes..Need advice for eye make up??
You don't HAVE to buy them all you can just buy eye shadow.
