Eye make-up help for everyday wear!!?

I need some help and advise on what to use and how to do everyday eye makeup. I look a lot like lindsay lohan so i try to take inspiration from how she does her eye makeup for everyday, but i always end up looking like im going to a party or like it comes out too bland... I want to use mascara and eye liner and maybe a bit of eye shadow (but not too much!). Could you post up some could pictures of eyemakeup styles for everyday wear? Bearing in mind i wouldnt want it too over the top but I want my eyes to stand out and look sultry.

Many thanks..xEye make-up help for everyday wear!!?
I used to wear eyeshadow everyday, but now save it for going out scenarios...it makes it feel more special and dressy.

I just wear my base of foundation. Eye pencil on the upper lid, flicked out slightly on the outer edge and some mascara. Looks really natural xEye make-up help for everyday wear!!?
well for my everyday makeup look i use revlon cream eye shadows in copper crayon....

http://img01.static-nextag.com/image/Rev鈥?/a>

^ i know thats a very small picture. but i use the white color which is the second one on the pallet. it a good white base ( it doesnt come out too white tho) and it adds a little shimmer. it loooks very nice.

then for the mascara i would use a black color. i use almay.

for eyeliner.. i would just take a black eye pencil and just do a thin line on the bottom and top of ur eyelids. you dont want to put too much on because then ur makeup will look over done.

(optional) - whatever color shirt ur wearing take that color in an eyeshadow u have and just add a little to ur upper eye. thats what i do sometimes and it looks nice.

i really hope this helps you. :)

Eye make up advice? (pics)?

ok so I usually go with my natural look (just some eyeliner and might be a bit skin color eyeshdow)

but these last days I noticed underyeye darkness a bit here is a pic

http://viewmorepics.myspace.com/index.cf鈥?/a> (I look sleepy in this pic)

when I put make up under my eyes it looks weird (well I don;t know how to probably or the make up is wrong)

I just wanna ask for advice what should I do?? any creams? or any make up ideas??

If you steep two bags of green tea then put it on a plate or something and let it cool down in the fridge then place the tea bags on your closed eyes for 10 minutes they should go away. Make sure the tea is caffeinated. I have dark circles under my eyes too and it helps a lot.Eye make up advice? (pics)?
Try a concealer with Gold/yellow undertones. These colors counteract bluish greys and purples, which is exactly what you want to cover up.

Or, you can use a mousse foundation. Dream Matte Mousse is great, as it has a nice thickness and coverage, which covers imperfections and blemishes. Or you can use some spare foundation - although use one that is your skin tone, or lighter as you don't want to darken the circles!

Oh, and as a quick remedy, take a table spoon and put it in the freezer until cold. Then take it out, and place on the lid, and your eyes will look really fresh!
Use concealer !

Any cream concealer will work. Just warm it up with a spatula, or over your clean hand, till it has a very smoothy texture, and apply little by little under your eye. Always blend.

use your foundation as regular and when you get to the undereye rea, stipple DO NOT spread cause you will rub off the concealer. Powder LIGHTLY, so it won't get cakey.

thinner the eyeliner on the inner side of your eye (closer to your nose). Thicken more to the outer side (closer to your ear). Do this both up and bottom, this will stretch your eyes out and make them look more open.

Good luck, girl !
for under-eye shadows, opt for a creamy stick concealer or a liquid one, as dry foundations will emphasize fine lines around your eyes. if you're blending with your fingertips, use your ring finger, as this is the weakest finger on your hand and less likely to drag at the delicate skin around your eyes,
try using a concealer with a bit of an orangey tint to it... orange cancels out blue in dark undereyes... apply the concealer with your ring finger and lightly dust it with a translucent powder to set it. i think the cateye look would be really cute on you... use black liquid liner and wing it out a bit at the end.

hope this helps you :)
Search Michelle Phan's concealer basics video. It really helped me a lot. Before, the concealer I put under my eyes was really cakey.

Also, nothing beats a good night of sleep!
there are some great videos on youtube. I think this girl is great and she has your same kind of look.http://www.youtube.com/profile?user=iwanted2c1video%26amp;view=videos
you can use concealer

and theres this garnier eye stick that you roll on in the morning and it has caffiene to lift your eye bumps and lighten your dark circles
Use a concealer that is one to two shades lighter then your natual skin tone. I do this and it works like a charm. Good luck :)
make-up with a yellow tint will help dark under eyes.
I think that dark look with the thick eyeliner and stuff will look good on you. Or silver liquid eyeliner?
for dark under eye circles, i like very light concealers or mainly, brighteners. The 2 products i use the most and every day are either YSL's touche eclat and Benefit's ';ooh la lift';. I use both on my undereye and over my eye lid as a base as well as a concealer. the one by benefit has some seaweed extract to help de-puff the bags under your eyes and feels sooo nice. i would avoid putting any eyeliner on the bottom of your eyes or using really powerdy eye shadow to avoid ';fallout'; and making your circles look worse!

[[eye]] make up choices?

i really need some help finding some good eye makeup colors. i like pink eye shades but i heard that they drown out the eye color for brown. i also like defined black liners and black mascara. i am not goth tho.

i am half white and half asian so my skin is pretty tan. my hair is dark dark brown and my eyes are dark brown as well. my hair is also pretty long if that has anything to do with the kind of makeup color i should use [[lol]] if you put some web links that would be great but i would really like it if you just put the tips in your answer so i dont have to go looking at every site. thanks much xD[[eye]] make up choices?
Hi Rachel,

I've got brown eyes too, here is what I have found - violets and plums, and browns and tan colors also compliment brown eyes well.

I love i-mark eye shadows from mark. They have a real deep purple color called Plum Velvet that is really popular. Also, biscotti which is a light beige, that is perfect for everyone. The best part is you can experiment and have fun, because they are really affordable. They are $4 each and you can purchase the snap to it pallette in various sizes to hold the eyeshadows.

Oh and as far as eyeliners, mark. has got these great liquid liners that come in various colors. My new favorite is the Metalliner hookup in Bronze Edge.

You can check them out at:

I have dark brown hair and dark brown eyes and I try to stick to berry colors. The purples and reds really make my eyes pop. Lately I have been experimenting with peaches, but overall purple has always provided the best results.

Good luck!
I have been using an eyeliner lately that is an eggplant color. You might want to try that.
Asians mostly use DARK BROWN or BLACK so that eye looks cute

I know you didn't ask, but I do have some tips for your hair. Your face is gorgeous, and your hair really isn't doing anything for it. You should trim 2-3 inches off of it and get it more layered.

If you have bags in the morning, splash your face with super cold water.

Also, to get rid of the bags, once a week put potato peelings under your eyes. Sounds stupid, but just do it for 5-10 minutes 3 times a week, and you will get great results. It's the starch that does the magic.Eye make-up ideas? asap!!?
use a mouse type foundation.

for example, mac has this new holiday collection and its called warm eyeshadow set.

(ill have pic)

get an angle brush

take the dark brown and put it on your lower eyeline. (with the angle brush)

then go over it with the blueish brown.

now take a blending brush and use the gold to put in the inside of your eye

take the shading brush and use the gold, light brown, and the peachy beige and put it all over ur eye.

now take an eyeshadow sponge and take the red and dark brown and put it on ur lower lid.

now use a basic mascara.

maybe use a blush =)
I find if you glue on some eyelashes

(not long, just fuller look)

it ends up creating the look of thin black on the top of your eye

it makes it look like youre wearing eyeliner creativly ontop.

even though you arent.

best thing i've ever done.
First thing is get some mascara to darken up your eyelashes. You could also put a bit of black/dark brown eyeliner right above your lash line, on your eyelid. Start the eyeliner thinner at the inner part of the eye and end with a little bit thicker line at the outer part of your eye. A little bit of brown eyeshadow just on the eyelid crease will help too, but don't over do it.

Find some Physician's Formula cover-up at most drugstores. They make a green (yes green!) coverup that works really well on fair skin to cover up circles under the eye and other blemishes.

And you should try to keep your hair from hanging so near your eyes--that definitely keeps your eyes from popping!
For eyeshadow, you need to use colours that are opposite blue on the colour wheel. I have very similar coloured eyes and complexion, and I use a lot of oranges, bronzes, browns and golds. Sometimes you can blend a tiny bit of blue in with some browns to really pop out the colour. Both Loreal and Almay have special eyeshadow trios with the browns and blues for blue eyes.

I like to use orange on the outside and a shimmery gold on the inside for a bright, fun look. No eyeliner, plenty of mascara on upper and lower lashes.

Also, always use the darkest colour on the outside and the lightest colour on the inside. Blend blend blend! you shouldn't be able to see where one colour ends and another begins.

Use a white eyeliner pencil underneath your eyebrows to lift them.

Use only brown eyeliner, black would be far too harsh. Just use it on the outside corners, don't line your eyes too much, it can make them look small.

Use black, thickening mascara to finish.

Use a light pink blush, and then run a tiny bit of bronzer along your cheekbones to define your face.

Most importantly: play around! Experiment! That's how I learnt!

Eye make-up colours? Which pallete?

Basically, I want this style eye make-up:

But, I can't work out which colour set it is?!

I'm guessing either Mystic Eyes, Dunes, Variations, Demure or Winter Nights...

So, looking for opinions. Which ones could it be or definitely not be?

Possibly.

Not winter nights tho...

You could try going to a boots store, and asking one of their make-up specialists, and show them the picturs that you have shown us!Eye make-up colours? Which pallete?
That looks really nice! Im guessing that they use all four as most of the time a palette like that has similar colours in different shades for different parts of the eyes to make it look good. And in this case it blacks, whites and greys.

they would use all four.

heres a pic to show the different shades-

As you can see, the middle tones are on the base of eyelid, then the darkest on the crease and lightest on the brow bone.

I know the pic isnt the same colours but i hope that gives you an idea of what to do!

I think I would pick the Demure. Have you checked out Coastal Scents? I think that's what I'm going to buy, they're mineral makeups with really strong pigments and they're so cheap!

I always watch this girl's tutorials and I like what she does with them. It's worth a look:

i have that Chanel one its lush you just need to know how 2 apply it though other then that its a great eye shadow

First put a charcoal color eyeliner underneath my eye. Next take a cotton swap and smudge it. Then do the same to the top lash line. Finish off with 2 or 3 coats of mascara. You can put a color that stands out like black or dark blue on the eyelid. You can also put dark blue or black eyeshadow on the inner corner of the eye.

best of luck! (:
First you should consider what colorings will work for your. Starting with foundation, if you have oily skin use and oil free foundation. Finish off wiht a sheer layer of translucent powder to keep your face shine-free. If you have blue eye try brown shadows with an accent blue shade. For green eyes try sahdes of plum with an accent green shade. For brown eyes choose shade of purple and brown. For lips use a gloss! It's more natural and plumps the lips.
well, you definetly started on the right website, your first two pictures are from Kevyn Aucoin's website, they are probably the best instructions you will ever get for smokey eyes, he was one of the best hollywood makeup artists I have ever seen. He does have 3 books out, I would reccomend getting your hands on them, they give alot of basic (and some not so basic for once you get the hang of things) makeup tips, especially for finding the right colors for you,and different things to do for your face shape, and for the look you want.
I know this isn't exactly what you are asking for, but try this: use white eyeliner!! That's right, white eyeliner! Just apply it to the skin above your bottom lashes. This makes your eyes pop and look bigger!!! Try it, it really works! This is also a good tip for when you look and feel tired, just apply the liner and no one will ever know you missed those couple hours of sleep!

A little known trick for keeping eye makeup in place is to put liquid foundation on your eyelids and then put your makeup on. As for foundation and stuff, I would recommend putting a light liquid foundation on (if you want your foundation very light you can take a makeup sponge and put moisturizer on it and then put the foundation on the sponge and apply it like that), and then sealing it with some loose powder. You can put your blush over this, etc.Whats that stuff u put on makeup. that keeps it from smuding. like eye make up too.?

Best eye make-up for blue eyes!?

eye liner: brown or black

eye shadow: pink, purple, light brown, dark brown, tan (ish), or natural colors that go together

lip gloss: light pink with glitter, little bit darker pink, or pinkish brown

do you use eyeliner on your waterline?

do you like liquid or pencil eyeliner?

have you ever put eye liner only on the top and on the outside half of the bottom and in the corner of your eye? (if that makes sense. By the outside half I mean the half of waterline farthest from your nose)

Thanks :]Best eye make-up for blue eyes!?
I have blue eyes myself and I prefer the following things:

-Black eyeliner (don't put a lot, it makes you look trashy), but brown works as well

-Gold, brown, or purple eye shadows (not mixed together of course)

-Light pink or cream color lipgloss

-I use pencil liner, cas liquid is sometimes hard to applyBest eye make-up for blue eyes!?
i think that u should wear black eye liner, light brown, dark brown, and or tan eyeshadows. (i have blue eyes and i do this and it makes my eye pop) and i think that u should use n e shade of pink lip gloss...
brown eyeliner brown eyeshadow that covergirl mascara that is made for blue eyes. yes and i use both liquid and pencver situatiomil but it depends onth
I have blue eyes and this is what I use:

Black eyeliner, it makes your eyes stand out and they look a LOT bluer.

I usually wear a light brown or tan eye shadow because the unnatural eye shadows (like pink and purple) don't usually go as well. But darker brown often looks pretty(especially if you add some shimmer to it.)

a light pink with glitter lip gloss goes well because of the lightness of your eyes.

I use pencil eyeliner (on my waterline) because even though the liquid eyeliner goes on smoother, the ingredients in it can actually irritate your eyes.

Also, by using eyeliner on the top and on the outside half on the bottom, it makes you're eyes look larger and much more feminine.

Hope that helps:)

What eye make up should I wear? Green eyes, red hair.?

Hello!

So...I am so confuzzled.. I have strawberry blonde hair, and green eyes. My skin tone is medium. I don't have any freckles :(

I am not very experienced with make up. I mean, day-to-day I am fine and can apply with ease. But as far as experimenting and changing my look for nights out I am useless. I am afraid to use colour on my eyes and when I have experimented at home I have felt I looked like a clown. Lol.

Could anyone help with some fun colours and designs to try out?

Thank you in advance. p.s I am 24. xWhat eye make up should I wear? Green eyes, red hair.?
ok so i have green eyes and dyed red-blonde hair, heres some stuff i do:

purple looks AMAZING with my eyes!! i use a soft black eyeliner on top, and sometimes purple on bottom, mostly i do soft black, black mascara, and for eyeshadows, heres colors that look GREAT: purple, PURPLE, navy, peach, pinks, browns, and golds.

hope i helped!

The dark pink shade is the IT eye shadow color right now and it looks good on pretty much everyone. Personally, I like to outline my eyes with liner, then above that use a dark shade of shadow, followed by a lighter shade and never forget your eyebrows :) your eyebrows do more for your eyes than ppl realize.

They're a dark Emerald green, and get a blue type hint to them in the light. Not liek a little blue, they turn kinda like a saphire blue around teh edges with a little green laft and the tint of green.

Hope that helps, you to help me!What eye make-up (Colors) would you wear for dark green eyes?
Actually, Estee Lauder makes a color called ';Berry Ice'; that looks pretty scary but is terrific on; so is Clinique's ';Indigo'; or ';Denim'; (sorry I can't remember but it's a blue-y purple). A gray that has some purple to it works well too.

The trick with green eyes is to do a lighter lid (very pale pink or cream) and then do a very dark color like berry in the crease of the lid. And although everyone says that the darker part of the crease color should go on the outer part of the eye, try doing the reverse and put the most of the crease color on the inside corner of your lid crease, then sweep it out to the outer corners and just let it fade into nothing. For some reason the color pops more, IMHO, in the inside corner. Try it--my eyes look huge now, and even brighter.

Mine are similar that's why the blue-purple color works well. It's hard to find shadows, isn't it? All the things that work on other ';greenies'; like dark brown just aren't quite it. So while there aren't a lot of colors that work that well, at least we don't have a whole drawer full of shadows.

Go be gorgeous! What eye make-up (Colors) would you wear for dark green eyes?
i have green eyes, and i've found that purple and gold are the best colors to use to make them pop!

i have an electric purple liner that i LOVE, it's a 24/7 eye pencil by urban decay, called lust. it's expensive, but well worth it.

i also have a gold glitter liner by urban decay, it's a heavy metal glitter eyeliner that i use on my bottom lids.

i also love gold and shimmery brown eyeshadow for my eyes.

    hope i helped!(:
gold and brown eyehadow look striking on green eyes especially with dark black eyeliner gives a feline look aka angelina jolie.
purple is what brings out green eyes but there are browns that have a tint of purple if you dont want to use an obnoxious purple color. golds and browns are also pretty.
A plum color or neutral colors, gold / browns and tans
i think that a almost blackish gray color weould look great!

I'm looking for new ideas to bring out my blue eyes. I noticed my eyes look more vivid with brown eye liner or brown eye shadow.. and I know brown is the key. You have dramatic eyes to begin with... the only thing that would likely make them disappear would be using light to medium blue eyeshadow. Trying to match the color destroys any contrast, and contrast in colors is what most people find interesting.

A light peach or mustard yellow for day, or dramatic colors like lime mixed with brown for evening would work -- just don't be too heavy in the application. I would also use a coffee-brown liner on the outer half of your upper lid and do a smudgy liner on your lower lid. Use Brown or blackish brown mascara. What eye make up brings out blue eyes?
To make your eyecolor pop, you should use an eyeshadow that is opposite to your color on the color wheel. The color opposite of blue is orange. I really doubt you want to wear orange eyeshadow, so go for things with orange under-tones, like peach or a shimmery cream color. And to really make them pop and add a dramatic look, try gold. Here's a look to try:

NOT blue eyeshadow. Wearing blue eyeshadow will actually detract from the colour of your eyes.

but like the above poster said, orange under tones are good. greens %26amp; pinks can be nice too. %26amp; never forget liner %26amp; mascara.

i was just looking at this and its very helpful.Good eye make up for blue/gray/gree eyes with a bit of brown/yellow in them?
Looks like you have every colour possible in your eyes!

Well it's the same with clothes, white %26amp; black goes with anything.

Use a slight touch of white eyeliner in your tearducts and your waterline if you would like, use black liner to line your eyes, and use neutral shades of eyeshadow.

I recommend not using blue, grey, green, or yellow shadows though, as they won't make your eyes pop.

As for the trio's, I recommend getting either the green or blue one, as you don't want anything to compete with the green %26amp; blue in your eyes.

You have really pretty eyes, they're big and round so you have a lot of options.

Option 1: just go with a black mascara, wiggled from the root of the eyelashes to give maximum length on both top and bottom lashes.

Option 2: you could do a cute little eyeliner flick with liquid or pencil eyeliner, start by dotting on the eyeliner in a line, then trace the dots with your elbow resting on a flat surface, and looking down slightly into a mirror, for the corner flicks, blink you eye quickly, while at the same time flicking your wrist away. You could do any colour, like navy (try not to use a blue to similar to your own eyecolour otherwise it'll drag your eyes away from the focus, rather than making them pop), gold is great, especially in summer. But stay away from pale colours, because you have fair skin, unless you are using them as a highlight.

Also, you could use eyeshadows, again purples, greens, blues, metallics, most things, other than colours close to your own eye colour, too pale colours, and oranges or yellows.

Hope this helps. What eye make up should i use? (PICS OF EYE INCLUDED)?
You should wear a dark brown eyeliner. I suspect you are a blonde, and even if you aren't that would still work because you are so young and you have light skin. And also, dark brown mascara. This will look super natural, I promise! :)

You could even use a bronze eyeshadow, as that is a brown shade..

Brown is a complementary color for your blue eyes.

Check out the color wheel :) http://aggie-horticulture.tamu.edu/flori鈥?/a>
for eye shadow do dark browns and shimmery golds(it brings out blue eyes) you can get this at walmart its a almay brand look for bring out blue eyes. also use black eye liner, both thin line on bottom and top lash. and the then use some black mascara i notice u have brown eye lashes but black will make them pop. use cover girl lash bash( the big orange one) well i hope this helps!!
    haha pretty eye! Funny pic

well try using blue eyelinner to make ur eyes a lot bluer

also yo will look good with pastels color eye shadows, as well as smoky ones! I love mac. Try some glitter shadows, but make sure its not extremely glittery or you will look like a dancing queen or disco!

Have fun, play around! Also get a bronzer because I can tell that your skin color is very fair, so a good bronzer wont do you bad!

    good luck gorgeous!

I need some make up tips for my eyes, I have an oval face and fair skin, not white like the first picture but still light. My eyes are small and I've been told they're almond shaped.

I've never worn eyeliner until about last week when I tried mark. liquid eyeliner Metalliner hookup in Bronze Edge. It really gives my eyes a great pop. I finish it off with mark.'s MAKE IT BIG mascara in Espresso.

when you apply eyeliner use liquid as it will make your eyes bold and more daring,

    it the best,

use a blue eyeliner pencil on the bottom lid if you can apply eyeliner carefully!!!

I like you're eye make up as it is. I would get some fun colors to throw on though. Some bright colors, not a lot, but maybe eyeliners along the top.

I think I would stick to black or grey lower eye liner and mascara, it would help your brown eyes stand ouy.

Possibly some layers in your hair and high lights.

aww i LOVE the picture of you and your dad. you look really pretty in that one.
Haha! I'm came here 'cuz I was curious. NO ONE is 100% anything, dear.

    Er...mascara? lol
your hair is wrong for your skin tone.
you have these round asian eyes , i think you should always have smokey eyes , to make them come out a little bit more , and since they are brown colors like velvet , purple , magenta will look perfect , on yur eyelids , and always apply eyeliner , and since your skin is a solid color use some blush , rise from the cheek bone down to the jaw bone and as you go down you apply little less , and light colors that are like pink , or peach will look fine on your lips , and also if you want a fierce look , go with bright red. you should wash your hair with extremely cold water , because that spread the particles apart since you have bangs. and i almost forgot the most important thing ; USE MASCARA. dont go wild with different colors bc thats for younger children.

EDIT- sorry!!!! i didnt know you were german. i just read the begining part , before i gave the advice i went on to look at the pictures.

Almay has eyeliners, mascaras, and shadows that are supposed to either bring out your eye color or play up the color. its a little bit more expensive though. I would say your eyes are blue or gray. Almay only has the liners, mascaras, and shadows for blue, green, hazel, and brown eyes though. Your eyes look more hazel than green!!!!! Your eyeliner should always be black or brown. I also have green eyes and i know purple, blue, and brown look good!!!!!! Purple really makes green eyes pop!!! Really any natural colors like brown, tan, gold, khaki, and green look really good. Hope i helped!!!

p.s.- ur prettyWhat color(s) eye make up makes green eyes pop?
Your eyes look hazel. It's just that hazel eyes sometimes tend to appear light brown or green. I love hazel eyes because they are so unique compared to other eye colors, although all eye colors are beautiful!

Hazel eyes look best with purple or brown eyeshadow. To make your eyes really pop, apply some black mascara. I like to use the new Cover Girl Lash Blast Mascara. It adds length, volume, and even a little curl. With eyeshadow and mascara, your eyes will look even more beautiful!
Your eyes are definitely hazel, they look a lot more brown than green. Purple is the color that makes green eyes pop. You should also try subtle white and neutral colors, brown will make your eyes look more brown than green.
light blue, white-blue, blue green, pale green. Pastell colors.
purple and green makes green eyes show up =]

your eyes look kindive hazel, but those colors will still make the green stand out in your eyes

(The picture doesn't show the exact look because i couldnt find one that used purple.)

Heres the way to do it: Take a shadow stick (preferably in a champagne or beige) and cover the entire lid. Then smuge some gold eyeshadow into the crease, making your eyes pop. After apply purple eyeshadow to the upper corner of the eye and highlight under the brow bone. Create a wedge shape or cate eye on the outer edge of eye with an angle brush, or liquid eyeliner. On the bottom, apply eyeliner, and then using your angle brush sweep some gold shimmer under your liner. Two coats of mascara and voila!

    Eye make-up for this summer?

Ok, so I'm extremely incompetent when it comes to doing make-up. You could say I'm challenged. :)

Anyway, I have medium-large oval-shaped eyes that are basically a blend of all colors--possibly considered hazel? They're blue/green/gray with hazel and amber in the center. Ok that's a really bad description, sorry. I have fairly long eyelashes that I don't think are curly or dark enough (probably because my hair is light-colored). I would really love some ideas on how to accent my eyes and bring them out, etc. Thanks so much!! %26lt;3Eye make-up for this summer?
    You should visit www.youtube.com/julieg713

She has so many videos on great eye shadows, and shes REALLY good. Check it out!Eye make-up for this summer?
So far this summer, I've used eyeliner, mascara and an eyelash curler. Start by curling your eye lashes. Then, smudge eye liner in he outer corners of your eyes(lower and upper lids). Then, a few swipes of mascara and you should be good to go. I use black liner/mascara, but that's just my preference. If you want a less dramatic look, go for brown.

    Good luck
the smokey-eye never gets old, but for your color i would go with some nice browns. start with a darker brown at the crease, then use a slightly lighter shade and dust from the inner-most corner of your crease to just below your brow bone. for a little extra pop, dust on a thin layer purple really pull out the browns in your eyes.
My daily makeup for this summer is Revlon Colorstay Blackest black liquid liner for the top lashes, and Revlon colorstay pencil [retractable and waterproof] for the bottom, and then I use a gold shimmer eye dust for my eyelids and Covergirl Exact Eyelights [hazel] for my mascara.

dont do anything rash like really bright colors or metallics for school. try neutral tones or colors that blend with ur face.

    less is more!
what i do is wear a light amount of eyeliner. then i highlight my eyes with light pale gold underneath (spread VERY lightly) then on top i wear a bit darker gold to wear my eye creases. but it all really depends on your age and how comfortable you feel with makeup and how much time you are willing to spend.
Yes you can do that. If you want, you can check a gallery of girls and make-ups I've done, to get an idea what you can do... Check the ';daily make-up'; - that's what you can wear at school--- I have also writen details how to do it...

Eye make up for an outdoor rock concert?

I'm going to a concert, it's gonna be hot, I'll be moshing, etc. I just want some eye make up for an outdoor rock concert. My hair is shortish, but I'll have it up with maybe a few loose curls hanging. I'll be sporting a band-logo tee or a tank %26amp; some jeans with some groovy sneakers. I want casual make-up that's not too much of a hassle, but I also want something amazing. Any help at all will be appreciated! Thanks! :)Eye make up for an outdoor rock concert?
Try a smokey effect around the eye with a hint of blue since its a rock concert, my friend did that when she went to one and she looked great! Put 2-3 coats of mascara on and maybe a bit of mineral powder on, just a little, and a bit of lip color so your face wont fall of or look cakey in the heat..enjoy

its best to first use liquid eyeliner because the heat wil just sweat off the normal eyliner and use a silver blackish eyeshadow or just a metallic grey, all yu do is apply the eyeshadow darker towards yur eye then lighter as yu go out and for bottom eyeliner dont put as much towards yur eye more at the corner edge of yur eye
Um.. yeah what's the point of looking pretty when you're just gonna get in a mosh pit and mess up your look?!

well.. eyeliner. that's it. no one has time to look at you anyways. they're gonna be focused on watching the groovy band.
    Liquid liner---%26gt; cat eyes

pretty damnn amazing, not a hassle at all.. somewhat casual

doesn't matter though cuz it's perfect for concerts :)
Yes the smoky eyes look. videojug.com tells yu step by step how to.

%26amp; use waterproof mascara, like Mary kay, or cover girl.
Just lay the eyeliner thick, put on some mascara, and maybe some lip gloss.

Eye make up is the last thing that'll get notice in a pit. : )
i would go for liquid eyeliner in order to keep it from ';moshing';, and put some waterproof mascara with clear lip gloss then ur good to go!

Eye Make Up: Does it look too much?

I've seen a lot of yahoo folk posting up pictures of their own and people commenting that they're wearing too much make up when they're only wearing ';eye make up'; nothing else. I love wearing eye make up, haven't done it ever yet but would like to, cos people tell me I have cat's eyes (I don't think I do :S) so yeah... do you think it looks hoe-ish or a bit ';too much';?Eye Make Up: Does it look too much?
Honey, do not worry about what other people think. If you like it, then do it. I have learned that no matter what you do, you can't please everyone. I wear a lot of eyeshadow and it looks good. I get many complements everyday. Just be happy.Eye Make Up: Does it look too much?
just think that it makes people look like they tried too hard... and too much takes away from your natural beauty...
never ever! eyeshadow is a wonderful thing. especially if your young. and who cares what people think if it looks good on you do it. and if they're saying its too much or ho-ish chances are... they're wishing they looked as good as you!
Well, when it all comes down to it, there are two things that matter as far as wearing eye makeup and not looking ';hoe-ish';:

    1. You need the features to pull it off

    %26amp;

    2. You need to skill to do your eye makeup without looking like Avril Lavigne. (This one is probably more important!)

Just try it and see if YOU like it, and you're probably right, whatever you decide.
    no, not at all..
No, I don't think it's too much. Go for it.
    you dont have a picture??
k if ur going to but eye liner and it goes all the way to the side of ur face

    then thats just ugh

    other then that no
    no, not at all..

but then again it matters how old you are.
nah its not too much! :)

if you like it.. thats wat matters

Eye make up with oily skin?

i know there's a bunch of questions like this, but i can't seem to find any answers that i havn't tried already....so here it goes...

i always wash my face before applying makeup, but my eyelids always get really oily after a couple hours. i havn't worn eyeshadow in a long time even tho i would love to because i get a really bad crease in just a few hours. i've tried eye primer from mary kay, but it doesn't work. I looked around on different sites to see about trying a different brand, and i thought maybe the eye primer from urban decay. has anyone tried it, or do you have any suggestions on what i could do?

my eyeliner also tends to smear after a few hours. i use rimmel right now...any eyeliners that won't smudge so bad.

thanks.Eye make up with oily skin?
Urban decay's Eye primer potion is the BEST primer! Just a couple dabs on your eyelid and blend all around up to your brow bone. Let it dry a couple mins then apply shadow. This should hel your liner stay on better too.Eye make up with oily skin?
my eyeliner smears to with my oily skin until i tried this make up forever product from sephora. its a primer for ur eyeliner that makes ur eyeliner stay on no matter what.

I don't know what your budget is but if you can afford it the Arbonne shadows %26amp; pencils last all day for me %26amp; everyone that I know who uses their products.

I put on my eye cream which highly moisturizing and then foundation. After that I apply my shadow and eye pencil. I never have to touch up and no creasing.

email me if you want to know more
they have cheap and avordable oil clensers. you can buy them at eckerds and even keep them in your purse. ill look the name up and get back to you. eyeliners it all depends. pencils usually do justice without smudging. some people even say that liquid is the best. but if you keep your pencil sharpened it should be on directly. no make-up will last so you might have to fix it every once in a while. Hope it at least somewhat helped.
eyeliner: urban decays 24/7 pencil, its magical

eyeshadow: make sure to put foundation on your eye lids and then use your powder. this acts as the ';base';.

dont buy the cheeper eyeshadows. they dont last. even M.A.C. gets the crease. I use bear minerals they seem to last all day. its really great. i also really like Lancome. it seems to last all day too. if you have really oily skin then the only solution may be to carry around ur shadow and reaply as the day passes. i hope you find one that will work for you. remember cheeper is really cheeper.

i've had trouble with make up for a while since for 1) i'm not ';old'; and 2) my eyes are pretty large to begin with. i've been looking online and on tv, and all they took about is playing up your make up to make your eyes look larger, which is a problem for me since i'm trying to make mine smaller. people have told me to put on a lot of eyeliner, but it looks trampy since, like i said, i'm still a teenager. is there anything i can do???

your eyes are gorgeous how they are! But if you want them to appear smaller you can with eyeliner.. but if you're scared it'll look too trashy.. use browns. and use a thin brush and some brownish eyeshadow power to define the eyeline..instead of a definate harsh line. Just experiment. Mascara on top and bottom lashes too. And maybe you could have your eyebrows defined professionally, thats always a big difference too. Good luck!

Don't try to make your eyes seem smaller. That's ridiculous. That's like trying to make your lips look smaller. In fact, it's worse. Have fun with eyemakeup and don't worry about making your eyes smaller. They're pretty the way they are.
Draw a dark line gradually thickening at outer edge of the eye. Use a light-colored pencil (gold, silver, white) and draw under lower lash.
your eyes dont look that big,but you can put eyeliner on the top waterline it makes eyes look small

Greens and plums really bring out the color green so you should try plum eyeliner (green doesn't sound very good) with lots of black mascara. Brown would also look good with a light shimmery cream shadow. My favorite is Nars cream shadow Summertime. Its light and goes on really well and lasts a while.

I would recommend a light Smoky eye. Maybe incorporate a little bit of deep purple in with the smoky colors. If you end of doing the smoky eye look, just make sure to not over do your lips.EYE MAKE UP??? WHAT COLOUR SHOULD I WEAR?
You could try a peachy or cream color. But for a fancy dinner, smoky would be nice. Just don't match your makeup color with your dress.
bronze with lilac shade, i mean two tone would be nice!
You can do a purple smoky eye. It would look great. :) Especially if you use a few different shades of purple (to give it more of the smoky effect)
    Id go fooor a

    Goold and browwny look !

    Basically smokey eyees

    Sparkly also !
deep gray would look nice..or a dark brownn =]
You cane wear what every you like. If you want to put purple with it by all means do so. But remember your makeup does not need to be an accessory to your clothing. It is meant to bring out natural beauty
You should try a wash of light grey / silver all over the lid, with a deep purple / deep grey in the crease. A purple eye liner pencil would look great on your water line, but if you don't have purple then a black pencil will do fine. If you're feeling adventurous, try doing a 'flick' of liquid eyeliner on the outside edge, but don't exaggerate it too much, Tutankhamun is not the look your want to achieve :) Wear your favourite black mascara that lengthens and volumises to achieve a more dramatic look. Team with a little bronzer to contour the face and highlight the cheekbones, and a bit of peach blusher to give a rosy glow. Use a slick of peach lipstick / lipgloss to complete the look. Hope this helped! :) x
well i would just simply get some eyeliner and trace a line and a flick at the end of your top lid it will look lovely :D simplicty is the best wayx hope i helped x!

Eye make up and foundation tips. PLZ urgent. ten points for best tip?

I have asian eyes and there sorta medium brown colour. I just want tips on how to make them natural and big andpritty. For summer (tips on how to wear it when its all hot and it melts off but still has that fresh, natural summery look) and in winter (tips on how to make it warm and cute and nice) ten points for the best tip !! and if it works to !! and it stays on for the whole dayyy ! howw ??? And any brand suggestions ?

Also i didnt get a chance to get a nice tan this summer and i have no clue how to make your skin look gorgeous with a bit of bronzer and foundation. i have sorta medium toned skin colour. any suggestions or help for a first timer ?

thank youuuuu :)Eye make up and foundation tips. PLZ urgent. ten points for best tip?
Hi to enhance your eyes it depends on your whole look but for example a brown shade can really enhance your eyes but keepk them natural and shiny.Using a brown eyeliner very thinly on the top lid and only lining the bottom lash until the line meets the pupil, as this makes the eye look larger. If you use the eyeliner all along the bottom rim, it can make the eye look smaller.

To ensure your make up does not melt off try a long lasting foundation from Estee Lauder called Daywar as this lasts for up to twelve hours and does not transfer onto clothes.Add a little lip gloss and a clean look for the summer.Mascara is a must.

To enhance your look in winter, wear rich berry shades on your lips.A beautiful green on the corners of the eye can enhance the eye and give you some colour.Blue shades can also look amazing on brown eyes.

To make your skin look golden you could invest in St Tropez face tanner which is fantastic. Or if you prefer to se bronzer, suck your cheeks in and lightly add bronzer to the apples of our cheeks.Add small amounts to avoid puting too much on.If you do add too much apply pressed powder to your face.

Good luck.Eye make up and foundation tips. PLZ urgent. ten points for best tip?
To differentiate between your summer and winter make up I would change the other aspects of your make up, not really your eyes although you can make them slightly darker in winter, maybe with a liquid liner. Asian eyes look gorgeous really dark so i would use a black kohl eyeliner slightly smudged around the eye for a slightly smokey look. I would then maybe use a lightly shimmery gold eyeshadow to keep your eyes looking big and fresh. In summer use bronzer and in winter blusher. If you want your eyes to look really big use a good mascara and curl your eyelashed.
I think it would look really pretty to use like a white shimmery dust on your lids as well as some smudged/smokey liner just to make them pop a bit.

    Eye Make-Up and Hair Help?

    http://i139.photobucket.com/albums/q282/鈥?/a>

This is not a recent picture my bangs look 100% better!!!!

    But otherwise

What can I do different with my eye make up

    I wear:

Black eyeliner on top and bottom

    Either a natural/gold/brown eyeshadow

    Mascara

    Hair:

I wear my hair straight like every day

    I am bored with it

How can I make look kind of natural

    I don't know, I NEED HELP!Eye Make-Up and Hair Help?
i think you have a lot to work with cause you're are naturally pretty. i wouldnt wear a lot of eyeliner because you dont want to look like a racoon, but you do want to stand out, so use the eyeshadow to enhance what you already have. i agree with the pony tail, or you can always get it cut differently too to angle it or make it layered. the choices are endless!Eye Make-Up and Hair Help?
Your makeup looks great, and you have really good hair. If you're getting bored with wearing it straight and down every day, you could try wearing like just the front half back, either in a clip or a ponytail.

I usually wear my hair straight, but sometimes for a change, I'll pull the front half back and wrap it around a chopstick, then push the chopstick through to make it hold. It look good, it's different, and I get a lot of compliments when I wear it like that!
Next time you get your hair done, get long loose layers, and longer wispy bangs. Trust me, you'll love it. You can wear it a million different ways. Curly, strait. What ever you hart desires.
I think if you tie your hair in a very high ponytail, your bangs will go great with it!

The ponytail, in my opinion, is the most natural and cutest way of tying your hair. I tie my hair in a ponytail a lot, and it's full of personality and also cute at the same time!

    You have awesome eyes!

I absolutely love the intensify eyeshadow by Almay! It will make your blue eyes really stand out! The container will say what eye color it's for. You can get it at Wal-greens, wal-mart, meijer, target, cvs or walgreens.

Here's a picture of what it looks like:

    http://pics.drugstore.com/catimg/91175/a鈥?/a>

Since you have blue eyes, go with a dark brown eyeliner. The thing about eyeliner is, it will smudge and crease. The best way to prevent this is by putting the same color eyeshadow directly over the eyeliner =D. The powder will keep the eyeliner in place.

Wear a glittery white eyeshadow just below your eyebrows so the rest of your eyeshadow will really stand out. Your eyes would look great with shiny, gold eyeshadow. Also, try a little pink blush.

Eyeliners like this are the most convenient:

All you have to do is twist the bottom rather then sharpening it.

Good luck! And most of all, have fun experimenting with makeup!Eye make up help?!?!?
OMG your eyes are beautiful! I would not clutter them up with a lot of makeup, it will take away from them.

I would use a bronzy brown liner smudged on your top lashes, this gold pencil (which looks amazing with blue eyes) http://www.revlon.com/ProductCatalog/Pro鈥?/a> smudged out on the bottom. The gold will make your eyes pop without being too much color. And it's very hot for Spring/Summer. Use a black or brown mascara and a nice pink lipgloss and your eyes will steal the show.

    black or brown eye liner

    same for your mascara...

You have a beautiful eye color, do not wear blue on your eyeshadows makes eyes look funny...I think all color will look pretty on you...good luck. www.myjafra.com/mmillanes

    Group home page: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/jafraconsu鈥?/a>
First of all, let me say you have beautiful eyes!!! Now, that said, we don't want to hide your eyes--less is more in terms of your shadow to accentuate them. Start with a primer so your shadow won't crease or crumble (I like Benefit's F.Y.I.). On your entire eyelid, sweep Naked Lunch from MAC. In the crease of your eye, brush some Samoa Silk from MAC. If this look is for day, all you need is some liquid liner (if you want) and two coats of mascara (to play up your eyes during the day, use BadBlue Mascara from Benefit). Now, if it was a night look, you would still add the liquid liner, and at the corner of your eye, brush, in a shape like %26gt; that the color Poison Pen from MAC to give depth and more contouring to the eye. Smudge a little black liner underneath the eye, or draw it along the waterline. Then use two coats of mascara (BadGal Black Mascara from Benefit), and you're ready to go out!

    Eye make up ideas please?

Well I've been doing the same, plain boring look for...two or three years okay? Black eyeliner, black mascara, black eye shadow. Sometimes purple.

I need a few ideas so I can change it up once in a while you know?

Something, a little more colorful, a little bold, but not so bold as super distracting.

    Bold but simple.

Something I can wear to school.

    I'm 17.

I'm not very preppy...hence all the blackness.

Though I can go for bright colors.

    Pictures will be nice.

Give me some ideas please?Eye make up ideas please?
I used to wear black eyeliner too. I'm almost 15, and extremely NOT preppy either ;) Now I don't even own any black eyeliner. I've got silver, teal, light blue, dark blue, navy, gray, neon purple, purple, dark purple, neon green and brown. I know, I know. It sounds absolutely wacky. But I'm really into fashion and makeup so I match my eyeliner to what i wear o_0

Yepp, it's a tad extreme so if your looking for something a little less bright, you can start off with just a few simple, key colors like navy, blue, brown and/or purple. They're dark, and when done rightly, can add the extra 'mmpf' in your makeup regime.

For pictures, try browsing though a magazine. Try something higher fashion like ';W'; or ';Harper's Bazaar'; or ';Elle'; etc. instead of something like ';seventeen'; or ';cosmogirl'; This way you can find an intriguing, more unique style you like and tweek it to make it fit your style and make you more refined but still young and fresh! ^_^Eye make up ideas please?
K.. I get lots of compliments on this all the time. I use a base on my lids first.. then I use any colour eyeshadow I feel like using, shimmery green, purple, grey, EYELINER.. then. I use the silver eyeshadow right at the corner of my eye and breaks it up and looks really cool. I also put it on the outside corners of my eyes too. I blend it in though..

I use a gold eye shadow too and add the shimmer green on the corners of the eyes and that is what I get most complimented on. try it and see.. : )
Go on youtube, and look for panacea81 (or just click on my source below). She's got a weird accent, but her make up advice is awesome. Look for what you want and try it out!

  • Eye make-up when wearing glasses?? (pics included)?

i really like my eyes, and think they are my best feature, only ive been wearing glasses for about 8 years now and have always had trouble finding the right look that will make my eyes stand out and not be totally coverd by my glasses.

i normally wear gold and browns, with liquid eyeliner and pencil eyeliner, it all looks great till i put my glasses on then, you cant really see it all.

im thinking of getting contacts but tht probs wont be for another couple of months.

so, i was just wundering if anyone knows a good style of eye-make up (and brands) that will suit me and is noticable under my galsses.

also im thinking of getting clip on extentions that are the same colour as my hair, will these also suit me.

This is easy to do, and very classy. Her name is Lauren Luke and she's a genius.Eye make-up when wearing glasses?? (pics included)?
I sometimes wear my glasses, but have found myself with the same problem. The only thing i've noticed a change in with the glasses was more eyeliner which isn't always a good thing.

But you look great with our without the glasses! Just wait til you get the contacts, then you can go back %26amp; forth whenever you please.
I think you should get contacts!! You look completely different with out glasses but its a good different

and with glasses its hard for people to see make up...

i have glasses and have the same problem

so i just don't wear make up when i wear mine haha
I wear glasses about 1/3 of the time, so I tend to have the same problem. What I do is apply my make-up a bit darker than I would without glasses, so that it's a bit more noticeable.
Do your makeup the same with or without glasses. Your eyes aren't exactly less noticeable with glasses.
Im not sure , but Definetly Get contacts!!!
omgg!! i wear glasses too, n ive been wearing them for about 6 years now. i was readin ur question and its almost exactly my case! lol, my eyes r my best feature too, n im stuck wit glasses (N) %26amp;%26amp; i wear gold n browns 4 my eyeshadow 2, holy lmao. thas 2 weird ! :P aand u luk really pretty wit n without ur glasses. srry im not 2 sure myself, my eye makeup gets hidden 2 , lets c wa ppl say ! :P
deciding what type of make up u shud wear is tough!

keep into consideration that if youare short sighted your lenses make your eyes look smaller, so do makeup to highlight your eyes and use darker colours! if youare far-sighted then your eyes tend to appear bigger, so do makeup using lighter, pale coulours to help decrease your eyes size. contacts is not necessarily an option! you look just fine with and without glasses!!
ha that's been my exact problem for forever lol. i would get contacts, except i have this weird thing about touching my eye. so i can't :[

but this is what i would do: buy petroleum jelly/ vaseline (they're pretty much the same thing). mine was a dollar at walmart and it lasts for a long time. just put a very light layer over your eyelid/browbone area and apply a good eyeshadow with an eyeshadow brush, not the weird applicator things you get with your makeup. teal or other bright colors look especially awesome with this. not only does the vaseline give the eyeshadow something to stick to, it makes the color a lot stronger. i also use liquid eyeliner. and you might want to get an angled eyeliner brush. mine was from target and was about $3, i think. pour some water into a water bottle top and dip the end of the brush into it. then get some eyeshadow on the brush and line your lower lashline. so that's pretty much my routine; hope that helps at least a little!! oh make sure you use a pretty blush, or else all the color and emphasis on your eyes will make you look washed out. just make sure it's not obnoxious. mine is a pale rose color with a little bit of bronze in it from estee lauder. good luck!!
I really like the way you look with the glasses actually, very sexy librarian looking lol. Anyway I wear glasses and I use a cream eyeliner, L'oreal HIP in brown but I make the line much thicker than you do towards the outside edge (don't use the brush it comes with get a better one). I use browns and neutrals for shadow as well, they are the most flattering. I like Quo (Canada only), Estee Lauder and Clinque for eyeshadow because the colours are so easy to blend and are very pigmented.

Oh and the hair extensions will look fine.

i guess coral or candy with lots of mascara should do the trick...All the best!!!Eye make-up shade helppp pleaseee?
These are all very pretty colors! to match that look, i would use the ice pink, lavender, pale purple, peony, candy, turqious, or saphire. they all match that look. i would also use a black eyeliner, and black mascara.
I would say use the pink shimmer and make sure not to put too much on. Use a good thick mascara. I really like the new Covergirl one that is in the orange tube. (I forgot what its called). Use several coats. If your lashes are thin....go to EyesLipsFace.com and get some fakes. Not too thick though. Good Luck!
hmmm...well remember it is hard to tell from the pictures so I can gurantee a 100% but I would go with the scarlet or the pink shimmer
    Candy and Ice Pink.

    Try mixing them :)

    Them of mascara x a million ;)

try mixing things and don't use to much. my eye shadow is just like her eye shadow. I use Fawn ,Beige ,and Bronze

make up looks different for everyone. I would suggest you to look in fashion magazines or like 'People' magazines. Find a celebrity who has your complexion and copy their makeup. Also, magazines will tell you which makeup suits each skin color (pale, medium, tan..etc) and they specifically tell you which color to buy and stuff. =) Like maybe see Parish Hilton?
ya you should most definately change to brown eyeliner.

It would look better on you cus your blonde with blue eyes.

And probably brown eye shadow would look nice.

    light brown not dark brown.

and put the brown eyeliner in a thin line across the top of your lids.

    That would look nice
TRY USING A GOLDEN EYESHADOW, IT GOES GREAT WITH BLONDE HAIR. ON THE TOP LASH LINE USE LIQUID EYELINER (IT'LL BE HARD PUTTING IT ON THE FIRST COUPLE OF TIMES BUT IT'LL BECOME EASIER WITH PRACTICE). ON THE BOTTOM LASH LINE (WATERLINE) USE A BLACK RETRACTABLE PENCIL (IT SHOWS BETTER THAN THE ONE YOU HAVE TO SHARPEN)...AND USE BLACK MASCARA. I WOULD STICK TO ALL BLACK CUZ IT GIVES YOU A MORE DRAMATIC LOOK AND IT CATCHES THE EYES OF PPL MORE THAN BROWN. BROWN WILL GIVE YOU A MORE SOFT LOOK. GOODLUCK!
ya brown eyeliner/mascara would pry look better than straight strict black. wear it with light, sparkly colors like lavender, baby blue, pale green, etc.
umm i like black on blondes, i think you should get rid of the circles under your eyes and the gray but it looks perfect to me!!!
    i agree, brown.
    LOL AHAHAHAH @ YOUR FACE!
umm well i think tou should go with black eyeliner but if ur gonna do black you gotta go full out and heavy
omfg, whats the matter with your face!?
LMFAO!! What's the matter with u in this pic? I'm sure you were just being silly...I hope
    oh.my.god.

    u r freakin gorgeous

    sighhh

    not fair

    uh try some brown

I cant get my eye shadow off, ive used make up remover and its stained my eyelids pink. What can i do?

I've used loads of makeup remover, but i dont want to scrub too hard cos il get sore eyes. Stupid Barry m!I cant get my eye shadow off, ive used make up remover and its stained my eyelids pink. What can i do?
maybe they look pink from rubbing them or you might have a reaction to the makeup remover ? o.o see how it is in a few hours/tomorrow.I cant get my eye shadow off, ive used make up remover and its stained my eyelids pink. What can i do?
You need to use an oil based eye make up remover, not just a remover designed for make up.

The skin on your eyelids is more delicate that the rest of your face and it will soak up the colour of the make up you hve been using over the years.

I have ';permanent'; eye shadow on now since I have been using eye make up for years but I dont really mind it as it saves me having to apply lol.

I am certain if you used oil based eye make up remover and soft tissue - not cotton wool as that can get caught up in your eyelashes and you could get it in your eyes - then you will be able to remove it all.

    Good luck.
what type of eye shadow was it? that doesnt seem normal...

maybe leave it for the night and try again tomorrow.... you can try washing it with sorbolene or soap...

it sounds like your skin is sensitive, maybe look into the brands of make up you are using, stick to mineral makeup if possible, its a bit less damaging on the skin.

and if all else fails till your skin calms down just put on metalic coloured eye shadows like brown to cover the pinK!!

    goodluck
Apply vaseline to the area. Petroleum jelly is best used to remove eye shadow. Place a dab on your finger and wipe over the eyelids. Remove with a wash cloth.
It is probably because you have a cheap make up remover. Take a shower but if you don't it will probably come off in your sleep anyway so don't worry
I think that maybe the eye shadow has come off, and that it is already sore. Perhaps, because you've been rubbing it too much and that your eyelids look pink because they are in fact sore.
Like a sauna.. hold your face over a large bowl of hot water, this will open you pores and clean your face then after rinse with cold water to close your pores, then use makeup remover again babez xxxxxx
In future, use tonics for make-up removing... they're very nice, i use them, and no matter how much make-up i have on, it's gone in a sec !
try some vaseline that tends to work well and it conditions your eyelashes at the same time

i use barry m and ive never had a problem taking it off
try baby oil...i use baby oil
What Barry M. Try baby oil if not call the company did you think that it was permanent eyeshadow????????
    try baby oil good luck
baby oil is always good for that..

    Eye make up(pic included)?

i usually wear black mascara and some eyliner

im pretty good at makeup but just cant chose what colors i should use

    any ideas

    %26lt;a href=';http://tinypic.com'; target=';_blank';%26gt;%26lt;img src=';http://i11.tinypic.com/2m5jw49.jpg'; border=';0'; alt=';Image and video hosting by TinyPic';%26gt;%26lt;/a%26gt;

Ps i know im not pretty you dont have to point it outEye make up(pic included)?
Your eyes already have a nice deep look, so I would stay away from dark colors in the crease, it would make you look like your eyes were being sucked into your head. Instead, try using a liner brush and applying a dark shad at the lash line, then a medium shade on the lid and a light shade at the brow line. Try a nice brown palette, or maybe mauves and pinks. You have very beautiful eyes, don't drown them!Eye make up(pic included)?
Mocha and chocolate brown eye shadows would be good. Darker liners like navy or charcoal also look nice on brunettes.
Try soft green or blue shades, light purple or pinks, or some neutral colors like browns and golds to bring out your eyecolor.
I think you'd look really nice with a dark brownish eyeshadow.
For you, start with some light shadow all over your lid, then dab some light pink on your upper lid (from lash line to crease) Use a dark brown shadow or a black eyeliner to define the outer corners of your upper and lower lashes, and finish with two coats of the darkest black mascara you ca find.
Oh my goodness - you are gorgeous!!!! You have a dramatic face, that would be great with some smoky brown eyeshadow on your lids and in the bottom outer corners with some brown.black thick mascara. Sheer makup like Bare Minerals, add a little bronzer, light lipgloss, and you will enhance what beautiful features you already have!
the foundation that you choose should match your skin...if you go too dark, then your face will be on color and your neck another....and that looks funny.

Eye shadow.....use neutrals....beige's and browns....you can also use a plum color to accentuate your eyes....line the top lid near the lashes and the bottom near the lashes....then use your eyeliner, just to darken around the lashes them selves. Do not use any bright colors on your lips.....what eve color you choose.....try to make sure that it has a neutral base to it....like a coral color. You have very nice skin, It will be alot of trial and error.....but don't give up.....and don't wear too much makeup......best of luck
I beg to differ b/c I think that you are pretty, and with your face and your skin tone I would use light make-up and brown eye liner would look great. I think with your face light is best.
Actually, you are gorgeous! I would try Almay 'Bring out the Brown' it has mascara, eyeliner and an eyesadow trio with colors that compliment brown eyes!! Available at most Fine Retailers I got some at costco! oh and it has directions on the back!!
um..sweetie? you're gorgeous! I think you're make-up looks good in the link. Sometimes what I do to make my dark chocolate eyes pop is use a shimmery blue aroud my lids. not all over the lid but as a liner on the top lid and liner on the bottom lid. And not like opaque or dark dark blue, but a turquoise type of color.
i think pink and brown would be good on you. i think your eyes look great and i think you are very cute
colors? I don't know, but I would probably say pink or light purple. Maybe green, but I don't really know. I think you look fine without any, or however much you have on in the pic. sorry, not much help!

    God bless!!

ps.-what are you talking about?! you're very pretty! you should have more confidence in your looks!

Yes ...Baby Oil is safe and good and affordable .....I have used baby oil for a long time to remove eye makeup and I take cotton ball or cotton square and put some oil on it and hold it on my eyes for a few seconds then I gently wipe the makeup off my eye ....then I take a warm wash cloth and wipe my eyes to get any of the baby oil off of them ....Here is a website that tells you some different ways such as baby shampoo ...baby wipes .... but I think the baby oil would be cheaper than the baby wipes .... anyways here is the site ...

Greetings and High Heels... As I mentioned to another person above -she was asking about a good and long lasting eyeliner - a decent make up remover for ALL make up includinhg mascara and eyeliner, is Nivea Milk / Cream... It's quite inexpensive and usage requires that you use as much as you need with the amount of make up you use Pour a bity into you hand, and with a finger of the other hand, ';dip in'; and rub over the make up area and one eye at a time to make sure yuou get rid of all the ';traces';.. Wipe of the excess, and repeat a couple of time keeping the eye (s) well closed...

Results are A-1 and you don't need to spend a lot of $$ on well advertised and overpriced products.

Another product you might want to try if you don't like Nivea, is a thing called ';Cetaphil'; - same process... but this is made in Canada and you may not have access to it in your area. Good luck in your quests. Regards, Rachelle In High Heels
Yes, you can basically try neutrogena (depending on budget) and also mac and faces have the best eye makeup remover.....the neutrogena one is under 10 $$ and does the job
Pond's cold cream. It takes of all your make up (even water-proof) really easily without all the liquid spilling and tearing up your skin with peely gross tissues.
Mary Kay's oil-free eye makeup remover, i have some it works really well.
