That is a smokey eye, but instead of covering the entire lid, only half of it is covered. Take some liner and draw 1 small line across the top of your eyelash line and then one at the bottom.


Then smudge together with black shadow. If you wanted someone to show you, take the picture into a deparment store that gives ';makeovers'; and they will do it for you free if you buy like 50.00 in makeup and then you can do it yourself at home. =DHilary duff eye make up?

You apply black eyeliner on the top of your eyelid along the lashes and also on the bottom of your eye along the lower lashes... Then just apply black mascara and there yah go!
