http://photobucket.com/mediadetail/?medi鈥?/a>

Appying liquid eyeliner like this?Cleopatra Eye make-up?
whats ur question?

how to apply it is actually very easy just use some liquid eyeliner and for the bottom try to apply it as straight as possible then on the top using ur natural curve go from the inner corner all the way to the end leaving eyelid just a bitCleopatra Eye make-up?
I wouldn't do it with liquid eyeliner, I prefer pencil eyeliner I find it easir to manipulate. The draw back to pencil is that the cheap stuff doesn't come out dark unless you warm it up with your fingertips or a lighter.

But if you are willing to spend more money on penicl, the 24/7 eyeliner at Sephora is GREAT! It's in the urban decay section.
liquid is best.........not really heavy%26gt;%26gt;%26gt;%26gt;%26gt;%26gt;%26gt;%26gt;%26gt;%26gt;%26gt;%26gt;%26gt;
looks cool
lovely-really dramatic and interesting
liquid and a steady hand, if you can't do both eyes steadily yourself ask someone to help
what ?? sorry i don't know what your asking but go on google to find out !
ehh..i wouldnt. for some this may be a good look, but for others this could make them look intimidating, and unapprochable.
whats ure question ??.. how to do that ?.

well if that was .. i dont think she used liquid on the bottom .. i think .. it was pencil and then liquid on the top..blu-ish eye shadow and think mascara
