Help with eye make up!!?

ok so every time i put mascara on the bottom lashes it smudges right under my eyes so i always have to only put it on the top but it looses the effect and i cant wear eyeliner bc of the same problem. any ideas?Help with eye make up!!?
use an eyeshadow primer such as


urban decay primer potion


or


too faced shadow insurance





it prevents creasing and smudging and i see that it helps with eyeliner so i think it'd work for mascara as well.

if you do use waterproof mascara do Not use it everydaii as it will make your eyelashes fall out!!





you could always use a base like concealer just under your lashline and then apply eyeliner (pencil) it will help it stay in place and will stay longer as its got something to stick to also helps when aply eyeshadow to use a base as the colours stand out more and they stay on longer





Or you could (apply a base still) get a angle brush ( Liquid eyeliner one i think) and wet the brush a bit then get a eyeshadow any colour really and apply it under the lashline it stays on longer then eyeliner its easier to remove plus you can have whatever colour you like (if you have eyeshadow in that colour) lol
Try a liquid liner or a water proof liner.





Fluidline by MAC or Loreal lineur intense are really good choices that will last all day.





Apply the liners to your lower lashline. Not to your water line.





If you choose to apply a liner to your lashline, you should use a kohl pencil or a cream liner. Apply the liner to your waterline and go over the liner with the same coloured shadow....like you would set your liquid foundation with a powder.





Another thing you could do to prevent smearing is to use an eyeprimer or concealer around your eyes. Apply some concealer to your lower lash line then apply your liner, it should stay put.

eye make up isn't worth it unless you get waterproof. both black to define your eyes. i use the black maskera in an orange tube, i forget the brand name, but it's the best i have tried yet. eyeliner will definitely bring out your eyes. the reason it's smudging is because you either have a crappy brand or you are doing it wrong. go slow and if it gets on the skin wipe it immediately because waterproof stuff sticks. when you do eyeliner, make sure you pull your eye lid down to actually get the part that goes close to your eye. i don't know if you do that but I've seen girls put it directly below it, and that causes major smudging

Try waterproof eyeliner and mascara. I use it and it works for me. Just be careful of using any oily moisturizers under your eyes.
get a good mascara with thin bristles on it like define a lash and get a crayon eyeliner not pencil its easieir to put on it smudges but alot of eyeliner does that bc we all tend to rub our eyes soo eyeliner kinda unavoidable
Waterproof mascara works good and dosnt smudge very much. I use maybelline and i love it. :)
