Well, those pictures aren't very good, but I'll try.
First one, I guess you're talking about the girl looking down.
It looks to me like she has a thin line of liquid eyeliner on the top eyelid that is getting a little thicker towards the end. She wears white eyeshadow on the lid and has used black eyeshadow to draw a reversed C at the outer corner of her lid. In the two other pictures, she has black eyeshadow applied on the entire lid and under the eyes.
