Is it hard to take off eyeliner make-up from your top eye-lid?

I wear the eyeliner under my eyes, i never did the eyeliner on the top and i really want to get that dark - smokey look - ha. But then i have regrets because i don't want to put the make-up on my top eye-lid if it will make my top eye-lid all dirty looking. Is it hard to take off eyeliner make-up from your top eye-lid?
It all depends on the quality of the eyeliner. But typically, it really shouldn't be. Just get some makeup remover. Don't scrub it off or rub too much, it could damage your skin. Just lightly stroke it off or gently rub it off with makeup remover or water(more diffucult with water).


It shouldn't make your eyelids look dirty. Otherwise the brand of makeup isn't good quality. Is it hard to take off eyeliner make-up from your top eye-lid?
Eye liner on top looks good. If you're worried about it looking all dirty then I suggest you smudge it, it will give you a smokey pretty finish. Just draw a line above your lash a little thicker than normal and with a q-tip or a smudge tool rub it up, keeping it darker toward the bottom and lighter as it goes up. It gives you a great look and it comes off easy with soap and water or a little eye make up remover. Good luck!
It's not hard to get eyeliner off as long as you have a good makeup remover. One of my favorites is Ponds; that should definitely do the trick. And as long as you pick the right colors, you won't have to worry about your eyelid looking dirty. Hope that helped! Good luck!
It's probably hard to get off because girls and women think they need to put a ton on to make them really dark. My sister used to and you would still see it a little after she took what she could off. She looks better now too without putting a ton on.
i think its harder to take it off the bottom than it is the top. I use vaseline to take my make up off and it works great :)

Not at all. Use baby oil to remove it, it comes off sooo easy.

nope just get makeup remover and ull be fine.
just get a really strong eye makeup remover, that'll do the trick.
