Eye Make Up Colors?

Okay, so my best friend is having a make up crisis. What are the best eye make up colors for dark hair, brown eyes and an olive/ Eastern European complexion? How should she wear the colors (ie. liner, on the lid etc..)?

For brown eyes, plum and purple eyeshadows are best. You can do a light shade of purple on the eyelid, and top it off with a darker color at the crease. Don't use any browns or dark greens, it'll make your eyes too harsh. You can also try pinks, oranges, and golds. I don't recommend black eyeliner, a dark coffee brown should do the trick. However, only apply on the top lip and remember to smudge it a little to blend. A finishing veil should be applied after you've done this. It allows for your makeup to stay on, like the eyeliner. If not, it will smudge and you get a raccoon look.
Black Liquid Eyeliner- Make a discreet but sexy cat eye(upper lid)





Pretty much any eyeshadows will work, try and match it with whatever outfit she's wearing
