'Wet/oily' black eye make-up?

Can anyone tell me any products that will give the effect of oily looking black smokey eyes?





I don't mean matte, shimmery, glittery or sparkly, the look i am after and have seen makes the eyes look like they are wet and almost oily.





Or is there a certain way of applying make-up to give it this look? I have seen it in a few magazines and really want to recreate it but i'm not sure what products would achieve this!'Wet/oily' black eye make-up?
bascialy apply your eye make up, and get some vaseline and put that over the top, then more make up, and keep building the two up until you get the desired effect! good luck xxx :)'Wet/oily' black eye make-up?
to achive the wet and oily look you have 2 options


1 buy some smokey eyeshadow and wet your brush and them put eueshadow on it and then your lid


2 this choice will be better get an eyeshadow thats meant to be put on wet it will give you that look you looking for better
wet and wild is amazing!!!!! iv only ever tryed the volume mascara and the 'thin line' eye liner


but its rlly works wonders!!
