the omly other way would be surgery
sleep
If you're getting enough sleep, and you haven't been punched in the face recently (Just kidding!), try laying a cold spoon over each of your eyes. That should reduce puffiness and make the circles a little less visible. Sorry, but cover up is the only thing you can do here! Dab a little under your eyes and rub it in.
Simple solutions:

Raw potato slices will help tighten baggy eyes. All you need is a potato and a knife or slicer!

To Make:

1. Slice 1/4 potato to fit over your eyes.

2. Cut 2 slices or, if you prefer, 5 to 10 very thin slices, several for each eye. Either method works.

To Use:

1. Sprinkle the eye area with water.

2. Lying down, place the potato slices on your eyelids and leave in place for at least 10 minutes for best results.

The following are some tips on how to prevent the bags from developing:

* Sleep with the head elevated.

* Don't drink too many fluids right before going to sleep.

* Cut back on salt intake.

* Avoid placing wrinkle remover cream near the eyes. When used near the eyes, it can actually cause too much hydration, and puffiness .

* Steer clear of oil-based makeup. The oil can cause the skin under the eyes to swell and become inflamed.

* Avoid anything that can cause an allergic reaction. For example, sleeping on a feather pillow can cause puffiness under the eyes .

* Always wash your makeup off each night, as the residue can fill the pores causing swelling.

Home remedies for reduce dark circles under eye

* Mix one teaspoon flour, one teaspoon milk, a pinch of sugar, 1/4 spoon honey and squeeze half lemon juice. Apply it on face and once it is dry, rub the face with wet hands, till the pack in removed.

* Grate cucumber / potato and squeeze fresh juice out of gratings. Dip two cotton balls in it and keep these cotton balls on eyes. This relaxes eyes and relieves tiredness of eyes.

(Potatoes contain an enzyme called catecholase, which is used in cosmetics as a human skin lightener.)

* Powdered fenugreek and milk are said to tackle dark circles. Apply a paste of fenugreek mixed in milk on dark circles in the night. Wash off in the morning and watch dark circles vanish for good.

* Take a teaspoon of tomato juice, a few drops of lemon juice, a pinch of turmeric powder (if you are not allergic to it) and a little flour, enough to make a paste.
The best way to eliminate under eye bags is by sleep. Try and get an extra hour of sleep. Second, brewed and cooled tea bags on eyes for 15 minutes works, as does cucumber slices-- they reduce puffiness-- same with ice cubes. But if this isn't sleep related (some, its just genetics), you'll need to use makeup. There's also creams out there I believe for this kind of stuff, but you aren't supposed to invest in them because the extra moisture retention makes them poofier.

Good Luck!
sleep and apply royal jelly nightly
The best way is to get at least 8 hours of sleep each night.

Stress, and Insomnia also make black undereye circles appear.

Or sometimes it's just genetic.
