Eye make-up question?

Hello all. Im not into wearing alot of make-up but wanted to pretty up my eyes for my birthday. The color liner/shadow I wanted to use was a aqua/torquise blue color (its the color that sticks out the most in my outfit im wearing). How do I put it on? Which do I use? Use the liner and line my whole eye (top %26amp; bottom) or only line it at the tear duct then use black?

or

just use some shadow (lightly) and say forget the liner?Eye make-up question?
Use black eyeliner on your upper lashline an use blue eyeliner under your eye for a pop of color. Put a white sparkly color in your tear duct to make your eyes seem brighter, and if you're going to use a blue eyeshadow, make sure you have at least two different kinds-- put the darker one in your crease. Hope this helps!Eye make-up question?
If it comes to make up advice I always find youtube is the best, random ppl show ya how to out it on and be creative + all.
use both of em and first put the darker blue all ovr the eye exept the eyebrows part then make a kinda sem-circle in the middle (you know what i mean over the eye-lashes where your skin is oviosly) then put really thin eye-liner on and a little flick at the sides but make sure they r equal but make sure the eye-liner is black and to look sweeter (extra 4 u) finish off by putting a cherry (or skin coloured) lipgloss on!

it wont be alot of make-up but you will feel its alot but remember when you look in the mirror it will look normal (not too much and not too less) but you will feel normal at the end.:-)
1. put concealer under eyes (dab, not wipe)

2. put a light light brown, or shinny cream, or white, in the corner of your eyes and about 5mm across/under and 5mm up,

3. put your eye liner along your bottom lashes and along the top(keeping it fine) (also you can flick it out at the end to get the catseye effect)

4. put the eyeshadow on your eyelid, not covering the light in the corner

5. get a darker color and put it along the very outter corner around your eye, the more color the sexier it is.

6. curl your lashes and put on 2 coats of mascara then comb it b4 it drys.

7. your beautiful! keep the lips low key, like some lip balm or gloss, and a little blush! =]

ps. the light color in your inner corner makes your eyes look bigger. the catseye effect looks sexy and sometimes can make your lashes look thicker/curlier

8. HAVE FUN! =]
You start with a markie and fill in the shaved eyebrows with a thick and robust line that runs in perfect alignment with the sideward-sloping creases on your forehead.

Then you slap on the masquara like a paintbrush and don't forget to curl upwards so the thick ink doesn't enter your eye. It also gives a pretty effect to curl your eyelashes upwards.

Grab a peach colored crayon and fill in the dark spots underneath your sleep deprived eyes.

Wear something tight and short.

Guaranteed to get laid...
It depends on your natural look are your eyes outlined already due to narural dark hair... If not give them a thin line all the way around then take your shadow and use your main color on the lid and fade it out with the lighter colors as you move upword.
Concentrate on volumizing your eye lashes. Check your natural lip colour and select glossy lipstick 2 shades brighter.
Id line the aqua/turqoise near the tear duct n then black the rest of your eye and then use an aqua/turquoise shadow - dust you whole eyelid with a lighter color n then closer to your lashes go with the darker color - and dont forget black mascara but only on your top lashes.

if you are feeling kinda confident you could try this kinda thing (i personally like this one for something a lil different =)) :

=D good luck n have a great birthday
Ok, so use a black to line your top lid, on the inside, and extend it out a little bit at the edges of your eyes. Then, with the turquoise, line it darkest at your lash line, then colour the rest in a little bit lighter. Then apply mascara, make sure you coat the roots of the lashes well to make them thick and long : )
All three of those answers are good and you should use their advice with how to wear ur make up but you mention puting eyeliner on. Just one thing wearing eyeliner on ur tear dut and inside the eye can block ur tear duts so be carefull with that. Hope you have a great birthday!
Pretty much your choice. The younger generation seems to prefer just lining bottom or all around. I don't use liner often since it looks a little unnatural unless it is done with a light hand in the right color. As far as the eye color goes, most experts will recommend a light color (off white, pearl pink, etc.) across the brow bone then main color (turqosie) across the lid and then an in between shade at the outer corner - blend into lid color. Two coats of mascara - let it dry in between and if wand looks like it has clumps, blot it with a tissue to get off extra. Start at lash line and 'giggle' out to end of lashes - don't forget inner %26amp; outter corners. If you only want to use one coat %26amp; tip the ends, that works too. Happy birthday %26amp; have fun!
