i dont know the first girl, she first blended black eyeshadow all over her eyelids. after applying the eyeshadow she painted liquid eyeliner over the top and bottom eyelid, winged up at the sides, and pointed down past the innercorner.

the second girl, Jamie has a thin layer of stick eyeliner all around her eyelids with black eyeshadow blended all around her eyelids as well. (also known as, smokey eyes, a look that can be easily googled and learned)

the third girl, dani. has heavier eyemakeup, but the same idea. she used mac fluidline with a eyeliner brush all around her eyes with black eyeshadow to blend.

its all about how distinct or blended you want the eyes to be. if you want it to look more smokey, use more eyeshadow. if you want it to be more distinct, draw it on with liquid eyeliner for pointed edges. How to make scene eye make up like these?
Most ';scene'; girls use fake eyelashes. That may not be for you but you can try a pair by E.L.F. for only $1. Black eyeliner on bottom and top lids. Use black eyeshadow on whole lid or go for a more cat-eye look and bring it out. A little black shadow under bottom lashes. Use a great Mascara to finish it off. Try CoverGirl LashBlast.

Good Luck!
Uhm o.o

Just put mascara (two coats of mascara), black eye liner both on upper and under eye lashes (You start at the corner of your eye and work your way down, then add more over on the top), and black or dark brown eye shadow after the eyeliner has dried.
lots and lots of eye liner.

and black eyeshadow that is smudged out.

just play around with it, you'll get it.

OH! dont forget the mascara
All those girls really have on is dark eye shadow and lots of black eyeliner. Smudging the eye shadow should give you that smoky effect.
