Eye make up...blue eyes...?

i reli want to impress this boi that im meetin up with today. i dont usually wear makeup....but, today i will! :)





any suggestions for blue-grey eyes...i'd prefer sort of subtle colours...like white or brown...i have tons of eyeshadow to use, but i just never wear it. what colours could i blend? and what wld go with my eye colour?

Blue eyes look best with browns, golds, and pinks.


If you like browns, use a light brown or gold on your lid, then put a darker brown just on the contours and right behind your lid. This will create depth.


If you want to be brighter, use a peach or pink.


I even like to mix and match. I like to put pink on my lid and brown on the contours, or the other way around.


Take all of your golds, browns, pinks, and peach eye shadows and see what looks best!

if you have blue gray eyes then you could probably mix and match various shades of blue along with light sliver. make sure that you use lighter color tones else you will make the whole thing too over the top. use lighter shades towards the upper eyelid and darker near the lower portion of the eyelid. blend various colors together and add a bit of silver eye shadow too. you could even use a hint of purple but that will look a bit dramatic. make sure that you use black eyeliner and mascara.
Its summer - so soft colours of a pastel nature.


Pinky browns, golds, mauves, (white is too harsh against tanned skin by the way so be careful of that, use it to highlight under the brow only at this time of year). Some baby soft ice cream pastel pinks are okay when used sparingly.


As its summer use brown mascara not black which is more a winter colour.


If you are going to put colour under the eye - make it lighter than the wintry dark kohl pencil look.


pastel pale lipsticks. If you are going to use brighter fuschia pinks be careful what colour you have around your eyes.

its not just your eye colour you have to think about its our skin tone and your hair colour,like ive got blue eyes but i sometimes wear browns and whites,


I also think that wearing make up to impress a boy when you usually dont wear it wont impress him,most guys prefare girls who are natural and themselves,you dnt need make up for that,if he sees you with make up now you will always feel you will have to wear it when he is around,

The reason the smokey eye thing comes up so much is because it is really in style right now and guys LOVE IT
if you want to play up your eyes stay with soft colors because dark colors never favor light eyes. colors that make blue eyes look bluer include: lavender, peachy/orange colors, medium brown,or gray/silver.


when it comes to eyeliner and mascara use black, but just do a soft line.


mascara is key to making your eyes seem awake so apply it well! :)
I think you should go for pinks, oranges and peaches, sort of colours,
