to keep eyeshadow on longer, you have three options:
1. use a primer (found at places like sephora and ulta)
2. put concealer all over the lid (is used as a primer if you can't find a makeup store in your area)
3. apply a jumbo stick eye pencil/crayon thats the same color as the eyeshadow you are going to apply. If you put the jumbo pencil on first and then apply your eyeshadow, the color will pop more and stay on longer.
As for eyeliner, liquid eyeliner is your best bet. It's not nearly as difficult to apply as people make it seem. And liquid eyeliner NEVER smudges. I live by it. Eye Make Up . Please Help ? Please %26amp; Thank You.?

I don't know a whole lot about eyeliner but try putting only a thin coat of it on as close to your eyes as possible.

To make eyeshadow last, put some vaseline on your eyelids first. (Just a littlbe bit.)
To keep eyeliner from smudging, take an eyeliner brush, and dust a little bit of translucent powder over where you're going to apply, then apply pencil or liquid eyeliner on top.
If you are putting eyeliner on your waterline, then just get a really good kohl eyeliner pencil.
To keep your eyeliner from smudging make sure you get smudge AND water proof eyeliner.
Apply it right on your bottom lash line so that the lashes kinda keep it in tact. Just keep playing around with it! :) youll find ways that work best for you
put your eyeshadow on in coats light color first then darker shades then blend or reverse it it stays on all day for me and i dont use cheap products that helps too. liquid eyeliner is always best
keeping eyeshadow on longer you can use a good primer like urban decay primer potion....i use liquid foundation or conceler works fine!! i do it all the time and i work 10 hours and it lasts all day....eyeliner from smudging put eyeshadow over it :D
