Eye Make Up Tips? Thankyouu :)?

I'm 14, have very pale skin, brown hair and large, blue eyes.

I love dramatic eye make up but have very limited funds to buy make up.

Any tips for creating a striking look without breaking my bank account?

Thankyouu =)

A nice, black mascara really makes eyes pop. A little brown eyeshadow dropped in the crease of the lid (place your finger on your lid and feel where the eyeball curves away, thats the crease) will add depth. If you'd like, you can add a touch of black eyeliner to the upper lid. If you use a pencil, smooth it out with a q-tip for a softer look.Eye Make Up Tips? Thankyouu :)?
I bet you are a natural beauty.....Why make up....beautiful young radiant skin is to be admired...wait another year or two to start wearing HEAVY stuff.......
Makeup doesn't have to be expensive :) Try the stuff you find at pharmacies like Maybelline, Cover Girl, etc. My favorite eye shadow is made by Mac, but those run about $9 per color! Not bad if that's in your price range, but you'll get more from the cheaper stuff!

Blue eyes look great in copper/brown and black/silver/gray tones! I'd use brown for casual days. I like using brushes instead of the little applicators that come in the eye shadows. Start with a base color! You start putting the base on your eyelid... pick a vanilla color or a natural light brown. Put it all over your eye lid and on the crease as well of your eye... up to your eyebrow if it's a very subtle color and blends into your skin well (which it should). Next I'd pick a copper, metallic tone... brush this on your eyelid. You can stop here or you can take it up a notch for a more dramatic look by taking a chocolate brown shade and putting it on the crease of your eye and up. Make sure to use mascara! You can also line your eyes with a black or brown eye liner. For an extra touch, you can take gold shadow and brush it lightly around for extra sparkly and a touch at the inner corner of your eye.

A good tip is to look up celebrity pics. Check our Paris Hilton, for example:

jst buy some eyeliner mascara and eye shadow its cheap and makes ur eyes stand out
Yes. Buy a dark brown eyeliner such as Bobbi Brown's Espresso gel eyeliner which runs about $18.00 but lasts a longggggg time! It is deep enough to give definition without being too harsh. Use a dark brown or black mascara of your choice, and vanilla shadow under the brow bone. Beige or mocha or rose brown shadow is the best for blue eyes. I have 'em, too!

If you buy quality eye makeup you don't have to buy as often as the pigments are deeper and they last longer.
all i wear is eyeliner and mascara and it looks dramatic.

Lol.

I have big blue eyes also.

They look good w/ a ';cat eye'; look.

Like..make a triangle and the end of your eye.

Idk how to explain it. lol.

for mascara ove side to side starting at the root
You don't have to buy really expensive makeup to create dramatic eyes. The brands you can find in the store often come in little palettes with complimenting colors that'll help create the look you want. I love dramatic eye makeup too, but I've come to find out that less looks a lot better for day to day things. And since you have blue eyes, don't hide them in too much makeup. Instead, find makeup that'll enhance your blue eyes and will make them pop! Almay has a product that has all the eye shadows, eye liners, and mascara that'll help you do that. And you can find em in most grocery and drugstores.

I'm only two years older than you are, but trust. When girls see you they're probably looking at your makeup, I know that's what I look at. And nothing feels better than getting compliments about your makeup when it's not even that much! Too much makeup might lead people to think that you're totally different from who you are. Have fun with your makeup and show off your personality, just don't end up looking like a clown or a birthday cake!
You can do some great things with makeup for not very much money. Drug store makeup is getting better and better. Since you have blue eyes, you should go with browns and coppers to make your eye color very striking and dramatic. For daytime, put a nice neutral taupe/brown over the whole lid, then a medium shade of brown in the crease. For evening, start with, again, a neutral color on the entire lid, but this time, take a gold/copper tone and put it right under your browbone (under where your eyebrow arches specifically) and a rich, chocolate brown in the crease and under the bottom lashes on the outside for a nice, smokey look. Play around with it, use your fingers to smudge or use a brush and keep it neat. Most brands that are sold in the drug store sell sets of four or five colors that should have every shade you need. Also, try Almay's line that has specific sets for different eye colors. I was skeptical until I tried on my green eyes and it really is great stuff. Keep the fact that you have pale skin in mind and don't go too heavy. Dramatic is one thing, but just plain too much is another. Hope this helps! :-)
eye liner works
